Emily LaCour is the Assistant Vice President – Underwriting at Locust Point Capital and is responsible for underwriting and closing investments made by Locust Point Capital. Prior to joining Locust Point Capital, Ms. LaCour was an associate at Greystone, where she was responsible for the underwriting of bridge loans in the seniors housing and long-term care space. Ms. LaCour holds a B.S. in Finance and a M.S. in Finance with a Real Estate Specialization, both from Florida State University.
