In the face of the growing spread of COVID-19 in the United States, Locust Point’s priorities are the health and safety of our borrowers and their residents, our team members, our vendors, and everyone’s families. During this temporary dislocation, you can expect our full support and continued highest levels of responsiveness.
In an abundance of caution, as of Monday, March 16th, we have instructed our team members to work remotely. Thanks to our advanced systems in place both from a technological and logistical standpoint, you should not notice any disruption in service, and we will continue to deliver our highest levels of responsiveness.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus. We are especially grateful for the seniors housing and long-term care community who we serve and who have always and will continue to provide essential, life saving services to our nation’s elderly population and others in need of vital assistance.
It is an unprecedented situation for all of us and we value your understanding and partnership. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to your regular Locust Point contact should you have any questions.
