Daniel R. Contardi is the Executive Managing Director and a founding member of Locust Point Capital. Mr. Contardi is responsible for directing the firm’s originations, credit analysis, and asset management teams. Mr. Contardi has spent the last fifteen years originating, underwriting and managing investments in the senior housing and care sector and has developed extensive relationships and in-depth knowledge of the seniors housing and care markets. Over this time, has served as a portfolio manager, underwriter, and originator for six prior healthcare investment funds. Mr. Contardi holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Monmouth University’s Leon Hess Business School. Throughout his career, Mr. Contardi has participated in over 400 transactions representing a total transaction value of approximately $5 billion in senior debt, mezzanine, and equity investments within the long-term care, senior housing, and healthcare services industries.
